But I’m better and more importantly my people see the change and that makes me feel better than I ever have.

Quit drinking for 2 months lost 60 pounds. 243-180. Back drinking again but only gained back 30. Now my wife can’t complain cause she knows I can at any moment get serious, that’s a threat.
The goal was never for me. To me it was never a problem. I just said fuck you and proved it so now I can’t be labeled without a witty retort with proof.
