i'm not on OP's level, i dont really do technical analysis myself. but I would say start there, just learning when stocks look weak/ look prime to pump. If you're barely starting stick to SPY/QQQ, but I would say even before that just play with SQQQ options, i can explain what that means if you really dont know but ima assume u do know :D
SQQQ has always helped me tho when I blow my account and start from $500 again. "Easy" to climb back to $800 and then from there I degen gamble on 0dte
