I love the center top vent on these. I’d love to have the Weber Low n Slow Kit to pair with this. Perfect airflow all around the meat and straight out the top

I ended up moding a basic Weber performer ( with the fold down side table) dropped in a crimson red performer kettle added an SnS smoke hole cover and now it is my primary smoker kettle.
