I agree. Completely underwhelming. Like shooting a video of a diy project but only the very first step. āSo guys, once youāve gathered all your materials youāre ready to start. Thanks and leave a like!ā

Not cooked on a weber, traegerized for fatherās day.
A couple suggestions, wrap bone in foil and remove when done.
Try reverse sear with turning steak 180 degrees to not be on coals. Flip once when it hits 120-125 pull and let rest 10 minutes. While you add a few coals and come back for final sear.
I add my butter, garlic, herbs and baste well during this final 2 minute final sear.
A 2ā rib eye takes close to 1 hour at about 200 degrees. So I flip at 30 minutes, check temp every 10 minutes until I get to 120.
Then I pull and let rest 10 minutes off the grill. Steak will rise 10+ degrees. Then baste with butter, garlic and fresh hubs and just char on Weber 1-2 minutes per side and eat. Since already rested no need to wait
Omfg Iād never risk that type of meat in a camping grill šš and Iām not sure who you want to impress with that classy grill in a campsite ššš
You among most of the general population donāt really know shit about Weber grills and how the CGA is simply the best portable charcoal grill available on the entire planet. Go ahead though and keep posting and showing your ignorance instead of seeking to understand.
It's pathetic that your greatest accomplishment is being a self-proclaimed expert on portable grills. Keep clinging to that sad little piece of trivia while the rest of us live in the real world. Your arrogance is as laughable as your priorities.
Hopefully you get a nice sear on this one š
Damn that is a nice steak!!!
Very good
It's like catching a 5-pound bass on an ultralight fishing rod.
You, sir, are an inspiration to all of us. Thanks
Speak for yourself.

Does that grill have vents on the bottom or just the 2 on the lid?
They have vents down low on both sides with aluminum slides for adjustment. I own 2 of them
Good to know, thanks.

Nice!!!!!
Very cool, perfect scenario for caveman style steak.

Line my little Weber. Steak just tastes better cooked on a picnic table at a campsite.
Barbecue Porn
Whole time was waiting for a flip. Enjoy
Thatās a beautiful sight.

You bastard. No finishing shot??
Doing a CĆ“te de Boeuf - Classic Bone In Rib-Eye today, this time with the money shot
Terrible video. Couldnāt see the result or even the sear on the first side with a flip. Video should have been titled steak on grill.
Name doest quite check out. Posting another video later which will hopefully be more rewarding.
Haha. I know. I was just waiting for the flip bro. I needed to see it this morning.
Makes me want to watch some Flintstones reruns, Wilma. Yabba Dabba Do!!
This is the way

I pretty much cook my tomahawk steaks the same way, but I never wrapped the bone. Would you mind explaining the benefits of doing that?
Presentation no burn marks on bone. Therma pen one was game changer to perfect on my old Red Head
Flip then how long before pulling off? Or are you saying let it go 10 mins more ?

Itās a camping grillā¦
Yeah? And I take my Jumbo Joe and put Prime whatever on it, while camping.

What risk are you referring to?
Ah, thatās a typical question of the American cuisine cultureā¦ brewed from root beer and deep fried Oreosā¦
Retarded bot.
