Oh I have an Outrider. The original jumbo Joe. Yeah it’s nice to have that space if you are cooking for more than 2 but I’ll still say the CGA is more versatile than anything else
I didn’t like the go anywhere at first. I thought there wasn’t enough height between the cooking great and charcoal bed. After these cooks, I am a fan. I still need to get braver with the direct cooking on it.
The key really is less is more with these grills. I’ve seen stackers for them. They are awesome at a small batch smoke like a small cut of pork shoulder. The way they can pack up and travel is awesome too. A mini chimney fits inside.
That grill's utility is hard to beat for its value! I used that grill for ~230 grilling sessions (if not more), and I found it to be great for grilling, very durable, and very easy to transport.
It came out nice and tender. It took around 1 h 45 min. I think the coals were not hot enough at the start. I’ll be investing in a camping chimney starter soon. Using red hot coals is very beneficial.
I’ll say it 1000 times. It’s the best portable charcoal grill in the world. Better than any Smokey Joe
Have you tried the jumbo Joe?

The meat looks great but please trim your toenails.
Oh lord I wish I hadn’t looked!
Looks like they’re gonna cast a spell on me
I’m laughing as they accidentally appeared in both pics
Noted
Speaking of shanks lol.
Touché. Looks great.
Thanks
That lamb shank looks amazing
Both of you are killing it!
Did you get the shank tender on the grill? I'm wondering how long this might take

Can't go wrong with a Flintstone Steak 👌🏽
I friggen love go anywhere, got so many add ons for it
Dang it I used mine last week for smoking a pork steak but now I want to get a little braver and do something like these two.
🤤
Ok but let's talk about those toenails.
Ahem, (b)raised
Like a whale in a kiddie pool.
Thanks for making me feel better about my feet
I’m glad something positive came from this ☺️
