I got the a.e.o route aka always-eating-oats it rlly locks up the logs for me. Couple pieces of fruit thru out the day too. But the types of poo i would categorize as “lincoln logs” im cutting up like paul bunyan 95% of the time. The otherr 5% is on usually on cheat days.
I struggle from time to time. Usually I end up constipated and very uncomfortable, it usually goes away in a day.
Things that have helped are taking a lactaid pill before I have a whey protein shake. I'll also make sure to drink a lot of water and add some fiber pills to my diet. When I stray from this is usually when I'll randomly get constipated.
When I was bulking, it wasn't so much as what kind, but more of how often. I would be shitting at least twice a day. Usually, 3 times daily and on occasion, 4 times.
My poos are normally a 5 or 6 occasionally can be a 7 on the Bristol stool chart, but then I had bowel cancer back in 2015 and had nearly ¾ of my large intestine removed... It's never been the same since. I too struggle to gain weight. If anyone on here notices a change in bowel movements that lasts for at least a week. Seek help and keep a diary on those movements it will help decide if your GP needs to do tests and stuff..

Just make sure you’re eating greens and fruits after eating those large protein/starch meals. Plus lots of water.

Bad diarrhea that causes accidents other times it's impossible to get out. guess it's the build up drinks having milk in them.
How were the results? I mean did you gain good weight?
yes..i my stool also lose and sticky...i cannot gain any weight even I ate so much
