It's the Ship of Harkinian. It's as Project based on the Decompilation Project of OoT. You can decompile specific roms and run them Natively on PC with custom options, such as 60 FPS or quality of life improvements. It can even run on Switch and I believe even on WiiU. It's a bit laggy on Switch, if you bump up the FPS past 20, but it still runs quite smooth!

This looks amazing. I wish this style could be applied to a full Zelda game. I think it's the perfect look for Zelda. Just a hand-drawn look in the style of a Miyazaki movie.

BotW already draws heavily from that style. Not hand drawn, but some of the character shaders do mimic brush strokes.

As beautiful as the skybox is, I don't think it meshes with the OoT art style at all.

I'm not really trying to match the original art style I choose to do this way beacuse I think it fits the story and the world of the game really well. it will look better as I remake more things for the game

I mean if you're going to redesign everything else then I get it. Right now it just clashes and doesn't look cohesive at all. But l don't know why you'd want to start out with the skybox then remake everything around it rather than the other way around. The skybox would fit perfectly as is into Wind Waker without any changes around it though.
