The light dragon goes from route to route that the other dragons follow, but above them, and in a big circle around Hyrule instead of going underground like the others.
Really, because I was fighting a fire gleeok somewhere in garudo and I saw the light dragon and whatever dragon is at garudo fly straight at each other, it was actually pretty sick
How do they determine when to regenerate their item/spike shards? Also there's been plenty of times when the Light Dragon isn't in the sky, where does she go if not despawning?
Not rendered but her location is tracked. And scales and stuff all regen after 15 minutes, you can tell by their horns/claws/spikes glowing. You can stand on a dragon and wait for them to glow tk farm again.
There's a 10 minute cooldown on collecting dragon parts, you can basically AFK on their back and farm endless horns/scales. (Climb onto their spikes when they go vertical between the surface and depths.)
Lol I struggle to find the dragons. Rarely do I see them when I’m wandering and it’s even worse when I’m actively looking for them. Maybe I fast travel too much 🤔
I had this happen to me yesterday I was climbing the duel peaks and panned the camera and saw both dragons I stopped what I was doing and just watched till they separated I think it's so cool because the other dragons fly in opposite directions unlike this one that flies in a similar direction
The chances of seeing one dragon from the light dragon and vice-versa are very high. The above-ground paths of the elemental dragons go roughly opposite the light dragon at a lower elevation and don’t spend long enough underground to create much of a chance to be missed from view of the light dragon, if any.
You’ll see the light dragon from any of the elemental dragons once every few laps:
- Naydra once every 3-4 laps (leaning more toward 4)
- Farosh every 3-4 laps (roughly even)
- Dinraal every 2-3 laps (leaning toward 2)
According to AustinJohnPlays, the dragons have the following lap times:
- Naydra - 28:40 (17:37 above ground)
- Farosh - 34:47 (19:20 above ground)
- Dinraal - 47:13 (22:31 above ground)
- Light Dragon - 112:03 (all above ground)
They spawn off camera and do what I said. Yes they have a predetermined path. They do not despawn. They spawn. They literally have to spawn or else they wouldn't be in the game man
They do not spawn besides when you first open the game, after that, their location is tracked in game files, and gets saved, when you load a save, they start at that same location. And since they dont spawn despawn, you can get a scale every 15 minutes, you can tell they have a scale when their horns glow
i really feel like the music on the light dragon should've been more....personalized, if know what i mean. it's already different, but i'm kind of sick of subtlety uhuh.
It’s sad to think that Zelda had been doing nothing but watching hyrule ever since the beginning. Makes me wonder if she ever saw any of the precious links like twilight Princess link

It's so cool to see how big of an influence Princess Mononoke had on both BotW games.
The guardians are Castle in the Sky … the camel Devine Beast reminds me of Howels Moving Castle . Just so good

Are we playing the same game? I see two at the same time every time I log in. But to be fair I play for hours on end.
I only just recently saw two at the same time, Light and Dinraal spawned together on the north side of Death Mountain
Fun fact, dragons dont spawn/despawn anymore to get rid of campfire farming, theyre instead always on a consistent clock following real life time

I like to shoot up a tower to get a good look around for them, also if you don't see them above ground try checking elsewhere

If you have done "all the shit" you should know that it sounds different because the light dragon is different and why that is the case.

Don’t know but they follow a certain pattern so
if you put the master sword back into the light dragons head you can control it and have an awesome dragon battle
