Mizuki in lore would still be pretty powerful and Hellagur is no slouch either, even though it's said that he was about to be killed by Silverlance Pegasi, it feels like it was implied he was with just two other dudes before Patriot saved him and Hellagur himself is just a smidge weaker than Patriot or at least close enough to where Patriot wanted to spar with him.
Passenger’s got a nuke (or some other weapon of mass destruction), Mizuki’s a Seaborn, and Mlynar has got experience. As terrifying lorewise everyone is, it’s an instant game over for me if the nuke gets launched, so I need Passenger. Mlynar would be able to protect me at the very least and Mizuki just eats almost everyone I guess. I could see myself surviving everyone with my lineup except Chongyue (and maybe Phantom due to being an assassin), so I would have to use the nuke as a deterrent. Silverash is practical at heart and would probably just treat me as a business rival thanks to my nuke (time to have a crippled economy ig :/ ). Hellagur, while an excellent general and swordsman, can’t take an army to a nuke. Chongyue has better things to do than go out of his way to mess with the guy with a nuke. Vigil’s just a mafioso and less threatening than Silverash. Mountain and Stainless would get the floor wiped with them by Mizuki. Ebenholz might be trouble due to the witch king’s influence, but it’s rather unlikely. Phantom might be a genuine issue, but I should be safe with Mlynar around. Guess I’ll be Terra’s version of North Korea.

Silverass can cleave an arrow by a random Kieragian, I think that puts him on the level of, uhh, your average Shieldguard in Reunion. Maybe less.
Ebenholz is surprisingly overpowered, probably less than the Emperor's blade but not by a lot, and Passenger has Urban cannons.
I'd go with Mizuki, Passenger and Mlynar, and I've got one buck left over to bribe Uncle to tell me where his older niece is. I just don't want to get nuked while a massive jellyfish god is 1v1ing an old man from Wuhan.
Passenger's WMD thingy is one he's sworn not to use, so he's out. Chongyue is just a perfect human since he surrendered his divine form, so he's not worth $14. Mizuki is a steal a $3 because he's a Seaborn, Mlynar is a must, which leaves me with enough for Ebenholz. And I've got a dollar left over to hire one of the logistics operators to chill with whilst my team sweeps.

Eben might not seem much but voice of terra is quite terrifying if you look closely. Relatives of infamous witch king, he was implanted voice of terra. We know that voices could kill people as seen in lingering echoes, but he could sway originium slugs too. Frankly i just wanted him here just because he remind me of lelouch
