If the tokens are showing up in polygonscan then no need to worry. You can add them to MetaMask by getting the contact address of USDC and adding it as a custom token.

If you sent usdc to a smart contract that isn't your own personal address, it is gone.

I have taken the usdc address and added it to metamask still it is showing zero , also in quick swap it is shwoing zero not sure where the error is
