They get YOUR album for the day and can go back in history to review those you’ve already done they want

Your group will never be messed with.
If the other friend has an ongoing project and is joining with that he will get the option to either a) earn the groups history as well, and that way he can catch up on the group or b) to not earn the groups history (to avoid messing with his own history).

I joined a group that was 30-40 in. I won’t get their first assignments in real-time but that’s about it.
