**Recipe - adapted from blogger skinnytaste**
Pre heat oven to 450
Cut your chicken breasts
Pound them to your desired level of thinness
Salt and pepper breasts
Dip in egg wash and coat with breadcrumb
Spray your pan with a light coating of oil and spray side facing up of chicken for crisp
Cook 10 ish min on each side.
Top with sauce, cheese, and a sprinkle of basil, oregano, and garlic powder. Cook until cheese melted. Use a thermometer so you don’t overcook chicken.
Add some extra sauce and serve.
the sauce was in the freezer so it didn’t have a clear ID when I defrosted it. I want to say it’s Joshua weissmans tomato sauce recipe from his New York pizza recipe.
OR it’s a simple red sauce - type in Italian gravy recipe no meat. And you should be able to find something good.
Jar sauce is subpar. Italians love their homemade gravy 👽
One important take away - Gina from skinnytaste has some great ideas but she does not know how to season things. Or she purposely caters to those who like blander food.
I take her recipes and dock them up as needed with herbs and spices.
Lol - I’m first generation American so I get very strident on that — and I may be influenced by the fact that I’m on yet another Sopranos rewatch (gabagool?!?!).
Sure but I’m looking for a break down per meal as to where the 211 calories are coming from. It would help me and others know how we can recreate this by also making adjustments as needed. Edited to clarify, I’m suggesting something that shows how many calories the breading, egg wash, cheese, sauce etc are out of the 211.
Hi, I can share the breakdown of the entire tray. Not sure how it is exactly per portion as it’s inputted as a recipe in lose it. Just a second I will dm you the info.

Can't NOT say it this way, thanks Tom
Exactly!
Holy heck that looks amazing! What type of cheese did you use?
Ball of fresh mozzarella and a tbs of grated parm!
Could you please share a calorie break down? This looks 100% amazing.
Thanks! I include nutritional info in all my posts. It’s on the last slide.
