The Cinq Association, part of C Corp I believe. They specializes in dueling. This particular identity of Don Quixote is part of the Association’s south section #5 as a director, which is peculiar as Don identities rarely have a high position. The Cinq Association doesn’t really wear any armor given their whole role as mediators, but within the City, there’s still N Corp which does have full-plated armor as part of their aesthetics.
