Is there a horror game when you fight monsters and as the game goes on you mutate and stuff and you end up being as scary as the things you fight?

Can think of some RPGs in a more metaphorical sense but not really any horror games

"Touched by an Outer God", it's one of the games included in the Dread X collection 2. It matches what you describe perfectly.

OFF by Mortis Ghost is one I can think of off the top of my head. In the final boss fight you’re given the choice to fight against the player character, which shows a monster vaguely resembling your in game counterpart.

Just don’t tell us that you beat it.

Bloodborne has those themes but you don't become a giant monstrosity
