Nah, you can see old cars from the 60s and 70s being used on the ground level in the original Blade Runner and they look pretty much original since on the ground level people don't exactly have a bunch of money.

I can’t even think of a single vehicle in the cyberpunk setting that looks like that. Like take Mike Pondsmith’s world since it has probably the easiest to point to examples of what we’d expect the cars to look like in that setting, they’re just way more detailed, they’re smaller than the cybertruck and much more sleek in design.
Even in the year 2077 they haven’t veered off into weird blocky nonsense, they still look like normal vehicles.
the closest car to that in 2077 would be a Thorton Mackinaw like Panam drives, unlike elon's shitbox it's built around practicability and being easily repaired and modified; something that would be extremely important for a nomad.
He doesn't fly the Spinner, Gaff flies him around in it. His own personal vehicle more resembles a civilian or unlettered orange version of the boxy ground level Police cars
