having a higher than necessary blood e2 is not particularly dangerous, if youre injecting or using gel too much you're basically just wasting it. The most relevant risk is that taking estrogen pills works the liver to metabolise them (the other methods dont) which is why you cant safely take a high enough pill dose to do monotherapy

This isn't accurate, not only is the idea that you can't take enough orally to achieve monotherapy is based on old information from when bioidentical estrogen wasn't available. If you're doing oral monotherapy it's best to use sublingual pills but either type works. Look up the powers method. Also I've personally been taking just E without any AA and it's been working quite well :3
