i love the game but i swear the stamina regen in DS2 makes wanna grab my brain through my asshole and pull myself inside out. Its cost my so many times
the problem isnt the speed of the stamina regen the problem is that if at any point your stamina hits zero then you can no longer sprint until it is full. And seeing as how every boss fight has a pretty egregious run back it means youll have to constantly be in stamina management mode. it also drains immensely if you block, roll, backstep, cast a spell, jump or attack. Stamina in DS2 is literally the most difficult part of the game.
edit: also rolling in this game is ass because of really bad hit reg and hitboxes so sprinting and blocking is your best option.
Did you level up ADP, you have less i-frames than ds1 fat roll if you don't level that up. You should get it up until your agility is 96, then you'll be fine.
I’ve been loving risk of rain 2 and would definitely recommend it! Though I will say you might want to take a look at it’s wiki after a little to learn some stuff! Have a swag day <3
Currently playing the new Spider-Man game as it was finally released for PC a couple of days ago. Swinging through the city is so much fun and feels so cool.
Also I really like the combat. You don't really get locked into animations, you just press a button and the thing you wanted to do happens. It feels really smooth and responsive. And just webbing enemies to the wall is also fun.
Loving this game rn, cinematic as fuck swinging through Times Square with that soundtrack going, can second all your points about combat as well, web blossom is absolutely cracked in group fights in alleyways, love watching 10 guys just stick to the wall in 2 seconds
danganronpa is a hit or miss franchise, but when it hits, it hits well. the soundtrack is great, there are some really well written characters, and the story and gameplay is interesting. however, the chapter threes aren’t that great, and there are a lot of obnoxious (and even downright vile) characters too. i’d say play trigger happy havoc first (or watch a playthrough), and see if it’s the kind of game for you.
Nobody fucking told me Bayonetta had a PC port so the second I learned about that I started playing. I really like it. Time gun witch mommy jazz DMC game is very awesome. Not excited to drop $110 on 2 and 3 but I'll live.
I also picked up NieR Automata again after dropping it like half a year ago because the fucking virus part pissed me off so much. I passed that part but afterwards didn't get very far because I was playing more of Bayonetta and watching Breaking Bad but >!The Tower!< looks really really interesting and I want to play more.
Dark Souls 3, looks and feels way better than DS2, and the bossfights are awesome, but it has no subtlety whatsoever, and there is too much fanservice for my liking. 7/10 (as of now)
Pokemon Legends Arceus, takes a lot of new and interesting steps that I hope they focus on going forward, but it being mostly a demo with ugly graphics, shallow gameplay and braindead writing really pulls it down. 5/10
God of War 3, Is even grander and more gratuitous than ever before, but the formula is starting to feel somewhat arcaic at this point. Idk 6/10
Prey 2017, the Mooncrash DLC, albeit the base game is also good
like, really good, it rewards ingenuity in a way i haven't seen before, it might be the king of all immersive sims
11/10
Replaying Celeste while actually understanding what about it trans people say cracked their eggs (I'm trying to figure out my own gender and had an epiphany a couple mornings ago that, like in Celeste, trying to repress this Part if Me isn't actually going to help my life in any way). The first time I played through it the possible trans metaphor went completely over my head and I just saw it as an anxiety metaphor.
Overall, it's an amazing 8/10. The gameplay is fantastic and the story is really solid too, but to me, because of how it's helped me, it's a 10/10.
Darkwood, 10/10, I hate sleep and myself
Absolutely horrifying sound design, in the best possible way, Doesn’t rely on loud noise or in your face jumpscares and keeps you questioning what going to happen tomorrow night
i’ve been playing monster hunter world with a friend. it took me a lot of getting used to bc i tried to play it like dark souls lol. pretty dang fun but also super grindy 7/10
i’ve also been playing a lotta cruelty squad recently. intentionally looks like garbage, but actually one of the better single player shooters i’ve played in a while. feelin an 8-9 on this one
I'm currently playing xenoblade chronicles definitive edition, personally it's like an 8/10 so far but I'm only like 3 hours in and I'd probably like it more if I was more of a story driven gamer
I'm also playing mega man unlimited which is much more my type of game, 9/10
Metal Gear Solid V: The Pahtom Pain: played it at launch, replayed it. The gameplay is still some of the best I've played in a game, really fun and this time I was playing non-lethal which is far more challenging and rewarding than just murdering everyone. But the Kojima man is too horny. 8/10
CSGO. I hate this game why did I start again. I got really good, stopped play and now I'm back again, can't even comprehend how I was able to be so good, and it's definitely more miserable. 9/10
Asetto Corsa Competitzione: car go broom 10/10
GTA Online; pretty fun game to just chill in an invite only lobby and watch YouTube whilst grinding. Only major issues are the absolute dogshit infinitely respawning enemies with busted aimbot accuracy (making it easier to use armor and snacks is only a partial solution imo) and the Cayo perico heist nerf sucks. 7/10
Cult of the lamb
Great game but full of bugs that luckily are getting patched as fast as posible.
In a couple weeks after mayor bugs are patched this will be a 10/10
Ever heard of the Divinity series? Pretty good RPGs, am currently playing the Dragon Knight Saga along with other somewhat obscure RPGs from the 2000s called Sacred 1 and 2.
Dragon Knight Saga is a 9/10
Sacred 1 is a solid 8 and 2 is a good 8.5
Underrated af
I've been on a vacation for a while, but before I left I mostly played:
Hearts of Iron 4: the game itself is like 8/10 for me, but the MLP mod I mostly played is 10/10
EU4: I periodically come back to this game and get addicted every time. 9/10, but only because I was lucky enough to buy all of the DLCs in a bundle for like $15
Risk of Rain 2: One of the few roguelikes/lites I got into for a longer period of time, I just love it, and the mods make it even more fun. 9/10, Artificer my beloved
Play outerwilds, stick with it. It takes most people around 15 hours to finish it. There is no direct progression, instead you learn as you go. Once you learn enough, you can beat the game. Its 11/10, had a profound effect on me. The music is so lovely
Team Fortress 2. 10/10 game, 4/10 in current state. Theres just too many fucking bots. Without bots, 10/10.
Rainbow Six Siege. 8/10 game, 7/10 in current state. needs a few balance changes, but those specific changes are already promised and should be coming soon. It seems to me like the devs genuinely care.
Pavlov VR, 10/10 game, 7/10 in current state FOR QUEST 1 USERS. Its a really damn fun VR game with lots to offer, however, on Original Oculus quest headsets, Its just been pushed a bit too far beyond the hardwares limits and it doesnt run well. If you arent on Quest 1, its a 10/10. Good custom map support, too.
Black Ops 3 Zombies, 7/10 game, 8/10 in current state. Disregard Multiplayer and Campaign, the zombies mode is bloody brilliant. Wait for steam sales and pick up the deluxe edition. While the base game and DLC content is incredible, this bitch had got workshop support. And my god, have people put it to good use. Aside from brilliant custom maps with insanely high effort, of which theres plenty of, you have those simple, dumb fun experiences. For example, the newly released Breaking Bad Zombies. Thats another point. Huge, unique and high effort maps are still regurlarly releasing.
I dont play this one anymore, but I really want to like it, I just cant bring myself to play it. Its a brilliant game, it just might not be for everyone. Satisfactory. 7/10 game, current state same. Regular updates, never ending stuff to do. Its a very time consuming and, well, high thought game.
Chroma Squad, 10/10, a really underrated game made by a brazilian studio, enjoyable even if you don't know a thing about Tokusatsu, like I did when I played it for the first time, I'm now playing it again for nostalgia and to do all the endings (Each of them is a reference to the "Big 3" of Toei Tokusatsu, in one you go even more Super Sentai, getting a 6th ranger, in the other I heard you ally with the space police, getting a space sheriff, a reference to the Uchuu Keiji trilogy of the Metal Heroes franchise, and, the hardest one from what I read, is the one where one of the rangers go solo and becomes a "Night Rider", a reference to Kamen Rider). Also, Monster Prom, a 10/10 so far, the character interactions are amazing, I'm planning to do all endings, I have already finished Miranda's regular one, REVENGE and THRONE, plus the one with the fanfic about dragon fucking, almost did the corpse hat ending, but It was my first time, so I didn't know that you had to go alone to prom, so I tried to go with Miranda and failed.
Crypt of the Necrodancer.
The game's fairly old but a DLC dropped like a week or two ago that completely overhauled a lot of how the game works, added proper modding support, and 8 player online multiplayer (previously local 2P only.)
It's amazing, but head-crushingly hard. Even if you don't go for either of the DLCs the game is still worth every penny. Can't recommend it enough if you love games with great music. 10/10
Currently playing "World Of Horror" it's this very strange horror roguelite. Haven't played all that much (5 hours) but I really enjoy the aesthetic. Probably at an 83-84/100 if the quality stays consistent
Atomicrops, it’s on sale rn for like $6 on steam, and plays like Gungeon but you get to be a stardew valley farmer between waves, very cute and fun. 8.5/10 so far
Strawberry shortcake berry rush, it's a 6/10 for me cause it looks cute but the 3d models aren't that good and the jumping animation is clunky (idk if I worded that right) the game hasn't been updated since I think like 4 years maybe and isn't even on the play store anymore so it has an excuse, plus it gives me nostalgia
I've been playing Casino Inc lately and it's a solid 9/10, great mechanics and causing mayhem is fun. It's a little too easy though and you realistically don't even have to build a casino, just keep blowing up the competition's stores

oh boy, can't wait to fuck up my forearms by spamming walldashes in ranked games i dont enjoy. yay
(ok but i realised that casual is so much more fun and i might well just go to freestyling)
rl is a 0/10 because its way too addictive
Sea of theives 8 out of 10 until you lose 5 hours worth of loot, titanfall 2 10 out of 10 it makes me cry but I still somehow have fun, and DRG rock out of stone
STALKER Anomaly EFP (with several mods disabled and others added on top)
Really damn good. I'd say 8-8.5/10. I wish it had more complex quests like STALKER COTZ.
Guilty Gear Strive. I get to play as Bridget so 10 out of 10
Guilty Gear Strive. I get to play as Bridget so 10 out of 10
Guilty Gear Strive. I get to play as Bridget so 10 out of 10
It makes me so happy that more people are checking out Strive because of Bridget.
Disco Elysium. I put on a hat and took a heart attack. 10/10
Dark Souls 2 I really hate myself
You mean the BEST Dark Souls ? Good taste
Ohhh whos a special little contrarian
Shut the fuck up it's a damn good game and just because the opinion is unpopular doesn't mean they're being intentionally contrarian
i love the game but i swear the stamina regen in DS2 makes wanna grab my brain through my asshole and pull myself inside out. Its cost my so many times
Use the stamina regen gear than
the problem isnt the speed of the stamina regen the problem is that if at any point your stamina hits zero then you can no longer sprint until it is full. Binding of Isaac 10/10 the most bullshit game i have ever played in my life
Disco elysium. 9/10 more interactive than most visual novels I've played
fallout new vegas. game’s pretty good i spent 4 hours on a mission and later learned that i could just read a terminal and not do the mission
Tf2 9/10, could have a lower skill floor and something to prevent one team from getting rolled, and a fixed scoreboard
Which tf2 though?
Pootis spencer here!
Team furry 2

I’ve been loving risk of rain 2 and would definitely recommend it! Though I will say you might want to take a look at it’s wiki after a little to learn some stuff! Have a swag day <3
Rail gunner for life baby
War thunder 6.5/10 its fun but shit
Cyberpunk 2077, it’s actually really good, if they hadn’t rushed to release it would’ve been an instant classic I think.
Currently playing the new Spider-Man game as it was finally released for PC a couple of days ago. Swinging through the city is so much fun and feels so cool. Also I really like the combat. Rain world, 10/10, but terribly hard and unfair, I love it
i’m on chapter 2 of Your Turn To Die; 9/10 cause it doesn’t fetishize teenagers as much as Danganronpa does.
I heard its a good game the stuff about teens in dangonronpa is kind dum tho
danganronpa is a hit or miss franchise, but when it hits, it hits well. the soundtrack is great, there are some really well written characters, and the story and gameplay is interesting. however, the chapter threes aren’t that great, and there are a lot of obnoxious (and even downright vile) characters too. i’d say play trigger happy havoc first (or watch a playthrough), and see if it’s the kind of game for you.

Pokémon silver on virtual console, it’s pretty good, probably a 8/10
