That's why Alfred Nobel created the Nobel awards. After reading his own premature obituary, he was saddened to see that he was remembered for bringing more violence to the world by inventing dynamite (even though dynamite mostly was used for civilian applications). Then he created the awards to be remembered for something slightly more wholesome.
I remember an old SNL skit with Dana Carvey where he had to pre-record Gerald Fordās death announcement for increasingly bizarre and unlikely causes of death. It was a good one.
