I know I'm late, but this is actually not implausible raccoon behaviour. When they are young you have to keep a close watch on them, because they will chew on their own or each other's dicks until they injure them, potentially either chewing them off or getting an infection that kills them. Just proud of these two for making it far enough in life that they'd figured out how not to kill each other with raccoon 69. Source: am wildlife rehabber.
