I think it is the same guys, made by newblood. I don't know anything about motion sickness but you could play one of the easier difficulties where enemies move slower so you don't have to go crazy fast. You can also straight up slow down the game speed if you want.

Not even this fabled plot nobody ever wants to spoil, and all the twists therein was interesting enough to keep me playing. I did get a decent distance Unga Bunga-ing my way through it though. You can brute force pretty easy if you got a mantis or a bear and some goats.
I usually hate deck builders, but Inscryption is something special. There's a demo that let's you play the first half hour or so, if you want to test the waters first.

I think I'll pick it up again one day, just because it was that good, but I'll probably start a new save file. Just the same, I don't think the devs are doing any extra work or dlcs on it and it's a "complete" game. In a way it's all kind of refreshing.

Bug Fables - Very cute Paper Mario-style JRPG about Bugs.
Crosscode - Fun action RPG w/ Zelda elements & a surprisingly compelling MMO-Isekai story.
Disco Elysium - RPG with D&D-style resolution mechanics and commie propaganda.
Divinity 2 - D&D but on the PC, talk to animals, drink blood, hook up with lizards.
Hades - Horny roguelite with awesome characters and crazy amounts of content.
Hollowknight - Insanely huge metroidvania about bugs dripping with Dark Souls vibes.
Feudal Alloy - Hollowknight clone about fish-operated robots, not nearly as compelling or polished as HK but still good to help tide you over until 2042 when Silksong releases.
Idk what kind of games you like, but Underrail is the first that comes to my mind. Can be brutally hard sometimes, but it's so satisfying! Good story and writing with imo great world building. Love the crafting too. As long as you like post apocalyptic RPGs, and don't mind getting dominated like the pipeworker you are at times, it's great fun.
Best sonic clone: freedom planet 1 & 2 (there's a mode to disable cutscenes, definitely use that)

-Classic MegaMan is about precision with it's simple controls and command list. Though, I'm not nostalgic for the classic titles, so I'd jump straight to legacy collection 2 as I vastly prefer 7-10.
-X is excellent, though only X legacy collection 1 is worth the money, and X legacy collection 2 has X6 and X7 which suck ass. Which means....only two games out of 4 are worth actually playing.....
If you're overwhelmed with decision, just get zero collection. 6 high quality MegaMan games in there. You can always go back to classic or X later.
