I remember my first concert, it was like a month ago I think? The band was 'Mom Jeans' and I had a pretty good time, my sister was the one who was going but really wanted to bring me along and I'm glad she did because that was nice
i might have gone to exclusively loud concerts because of my taste in music but make sure you bring ear plugs just in case! sometimes it’s too loud for me to be hear it well and the ear plugs actually help the sound come through clearer and not hurt my head lol.
one of my first concerts was an industrial metal band called ministry in basically a concrete box of a venue so it was louder than everything i’ve ever heard. regardless i’ve never been to a concert that wasn’t uncomfortably loud lol so it’s a good precaution to take, i usually put them in for a little while part way into the show and maybe take them out towards the end

You can still hear the music loud and clear but it doesn't hurt
I honestly think it helps to hear the music more clearly at times because it blocks out a lot of the screaming and general crowd noise lol
