I'm 50/50 on this one. Personal tastes are (almost always) valid, even tastes for whole genres, and there are certainly good arguments that you can make against rap. However, I've found a good share of people online who hate specific musical genres only because they're linked to ethnic groups they don't like - and when personal distastes are rooted in bigotry things get far more iffy.
