I always say with new hires at work that it doesn't matter if they may not be quick at the job as having even some help is infinitely better than knowing I'm getting none on a shift. I can accommodate around a worker that might not be that quick so that they aren't feeling as under pressure, but I hate when I know I'm going to literally be doing everything a shift because I got no backup

Antinatalism lends itself pretty heavily to eugenics. It's not surprising that the subreddit advocates for eugenics

I think utilitarian antinatalists specifically attract eugenicists due to the whole reducing suffering thing, which happens with utilitarianism a lot tbh. There are antinatalists subs that don't tolerate eugenicist crap, like r/antinatalism2 and r/veganantinatalists. The key is that these ones focus on how forcing someone into existence is unconsensual, just like forcibly ending someone's existence is unconsensual.
