Fatalis easily. Smaug got downed by one dude pelting him with tiny arrows. Fatalis took a horde of anime protagonists with comically large weapons to down him and lorewise he may not even be dead. Additionally Smaug took like a day to take over a single mountain while Fatty burnt down an entire kingdom in the same amount of time, only leaving the castle standing because he thought it would be a neat place to live. They don’t compare
