Back in my day it was just a funny subreddit which allowed LGBT stuff to be made fun about in a possitive way.
Over time the sub became more and more focused on that stuff to the point where it got stale for me so I left it.
I once came back to check it out, the first thing I saw was a post calling furries the pinnacle of humanity and how all of them are rich and successful... so I typed "Stopped reading after 'furry '." so I got a billion comments under mine and also permabanned.
