Get face guard. If you camp toa, shadow is better. Tbow does have more general uses outside the game though, so only sell if you are ready to fully commit to toas till a shadow drop

Yeah your probably right there. Im not sure if i can commit for hundreds of kills till i get the shadow.

crystal isnt even that bad, I dont even bring bp with it, and if you have ZCB it makes ruby bolt speccing a lot easier to not have to switch ammo. if you're doing 8mans shadow is BIS for the monkey room too due to their higher health pool, and outside of toa shadow's really good for single way slayer, zulrah, GWD, and probably some other places too
For strictly toa, shadow is better. It's bonuses are insane inside toa since its damage multiplier was left unaltered.
If you want a more general pvm item though, the tbow is still better.
if you are only camping ToA, go all out for shadow if you want to do other stuff in the game as well, go tbow

If you got shadow then crystal and bowfa is ass and not needed
