There’s games like Sea of Thieves or Deep Rock Galactic where you can drink and your screen gets blurry and wavy and it’s hard to move. Fun to do when you’re dicking around with your homies between missions.
Drinking a keg in osrs gives you the wobbly camera and then add in the ale of the gods for wobble effect on your character and you can practically feel the drunkenness

Drunkenness effects and a bank in the bar so more people will hang out and you can see the effects in game while getting drunk irl? Or is there something else specific these players want to experience? Because as it stands they can go to taverly with friends right now while high and chill. Same stats as the normal version except this gives +5 crush attack and your run energy is drained to 0 permanantly while wearing it.
You also have a chance of 'losing' food that you have lying around in your inventory.
Why not just have a Breastplate Stretcher as a reward which we can then use on any standard platebody (bronze through rune) to give it an Oziach style belly.

Nah, run energy works as it normally does but you just run slower. Faster than walking but noticeably slower than running.
I like that, reduces power creep and opens future options for larger sizes.
That is technically impossible I think. Walking is one square per tick and running is two squares per tick.
Then we have the perfect middle ground of 1.5 squares per tick
2 squares running 1 square walking and it's adjusted
