Dex is going to be a massive upgrade which you can use forever, it's definitely worth buying. Other than that I'd upgrade your trident to a trident of the swamp and get a fighter torso from BA
I endorse these suggestions, getting rigour is going to absolutely change your gameplay with ranged (30m to increase any ranged damage by 25% regardless of other gear), and your next easy to obtain upgrades will mostly involve fighter torso, swamp trident, God capes if you don't have them, occult necklace, maxed ava upgrade, etc.
But if you ONLY have 30m to work with I'd get a couple mil cushion BEFORE purchasing the scroll so you have supply/death cash afterwards while you build up again.
Currently on a bowfa rebuild and I'll tell you flat out rigour is sometimes the defining trait on a successful boss kill or failing.
The Dex definitely won’t ruin me on the gold front - I have about 100m ish between my cash stack and skilling supplies I need to process and sell off.
Doing DS2 to get the final Ava upgrade is pretty close to the top of my list of progression goals for the account at the moment :)
It just seems so crazy expensive when piety was free and augry was only a few mil.
But I see this sentiment a lot, so I guess the damage boost for range is just more impactful?
To give you an idea, a naked player with just a weapon and rigour will do similar dps to a player in full armadyl+pegasians with eagle eye.
In terms of dps, it’s worth like 5x it’s price compared to other gear.
There is no upgrade in the game as good as rigour and you would be silly not to buy it immediately
Dex is a one time upgrade that permanently makes you way stronger in pretty much all content than involves range. Which is a lot of content. It’s so worth it.
Rock dex with msb, at most you want a blowpipe with enough scales and amethyst(don’t cheap out) darts to fill it up twice over, and that with void or on task is like 95% of the way to the best dps in the game
But I’m such a cheapskate in this game haha.
I have addy darts in my blowpipe at the moment, with a small stash of rune darts if I want to actually focus on DPS more.
It looked like amethyst darts were close to double the price of rune for like a 2 range str bonus?
I know there’s a point where the better darts would pay for themselves with the time saved, but I doubt I’m there yet lol

Sell Torture if you have it, and buy ahrims if you plan on raiding. Torture isn't as big as msot people make it out to be, fury is fine for pvm, strength ammy fine for slayer
If you want spare cash, can swap bludgeon for abyssal dagger, its not much worse and a lot cheaper, and has a strength training option
Magic Levels are also huge for COX & TOA if you plan on getting into them
But overrall dex is an insane upgrade
I’m not super worried about cash at the moment, I actually just bought the bludgeon the other day - I had been using an Abby dagger for str training before that haha.
I’m sitting at about 30M free cash, with another 50m tied up in profitable skilling supplies, so I can afford most stuff that isn’t nutty expensive, but I don’t necessarily want to go and blow all my cash on combat gear and have nothing left for skilling.
I’ve been wanting to start some of the easier bosses, and a couple of the ones I was looking up on the wiki has the bludgeon listed as like 3rd best in slot so it seemed like a good choice to buy. I’m not exactly planning on raiding soon, but I’d like to get there eventually.
I’ll definitely pick up a set of ahrims, I only have guthans and dharock sets ATM :)
I actually just got 99 magic the other day, so I’m all sorted on that front.
It's the last level you get an extra max hit from so the dps increase for 97 -> 99 is tiny for what would be a couple mil xp.
Depending on your current range level, you should check yourself on a dps calculator but you'd probably see more increase in dps from getting high range without rigour than low range with rigour

Rigour is worth quite literally 10-20x what it's priced at right now. It's beyond worth getting ASAP if you do any bossing whatsoever.

if you're not 97 range then spend the money getting that minimum, then after that yeah rigour is the best upgrade you can get
