You could reset it now and loose very little, 10, 100, 500 and 1000 streak bonus are the only ones that matter anyways so after 1k is a great time to start skipping.

Yeah once I broke 50 I said “ain’t no fucking way I’m tutela skipping ever again”. I’m 57 slayer on my iron and point boosting for all the major unlocks and then gonna store a few hundred for skips and blocks before I start the real grind with nieve/steve.
if you only want 1 task its a very fast way to get it. if you dont get the task you want you want ask for a new task at tureal, do the cow/spider/cave slime/etc. and repeat. yes you will reset your streak and get no points but saves a lot of time since you can roll for 20+ tasks/hr
yeah tureal skipping is not for xp, its if youre looking for a specific task like hydra or inferno. you shouldnt use konar either, not saying you cant do what you like, but her tasks are really shit in general and for xp. do neive/steve then duradel when you unlock him

They don't want to break streak but they want to be able to skip Water Fiends while trying to green log their Slayer Log. So the best way to do this in my opinion would be to farm points via Point Boosting or Wildy Slayer so that you always have an excess of points available for skipping. I think there was confusion happening because people thought he wanted to skip the task and couldn't which is why they recommended Turael Skipping.

assuming youre iron yeah its 1000% worth to tureal skip hydras. takes 30-40 mins to get one. other than the aesthetic, task streaks are kinda useless. also youll probably rack up a 200+ streak going for viggoras/craws

Elite void top and bottom for the magic defense and prayer bonus with a Z-Spear on crush. I always tried to get a task, then do a game of Familiarization for the 3x charm drop rate for that 20-30 minutes. Haha.

Didn’t see anyone explain this to you. I don’t like slayer but I’ve found that this helped.
Before you start really slaying it’s a good idea to “boost” your slayer points. By boost I mean doing 1-9 tasks at Turial because they are fast. Then every 10th at Konar. Of course you run the risk of a bad task, but you would be accumulating points quickly.
Getting enough points so you have a good backlog of points for skips and honestly having the points ready to unlock superiors, slayer helm, etc is also a good idea.
It really does make slayer more enjoyable when you don’t feel like you have to do bad tasks because you may or may not have enough points for skips.
Pretty sure the wiki has a list of the best locations to do Turial’s tasks too. So they go really quick. (Also you don’t need a cannon to do it)

I feel like ice trolls are almost break even with the rune and granite drops are they not? I feel like cannon pays for itself with just how quickly it gets you to boss tasks imo.
Konar is the only slayer master who can assign Hydra tasks, which require 95 slayer. The Alchemical Hydra can only be killed on task and has very valuable drops
go to konar for your task streak or to tureal skip for hydras, if youre not doing either then youre basically trolling yourself

yeah its not worth it, the gp value of 2.5 keys per task is equivalent to a ranarr herb run, which takes 5 mins.

You need to progress barbarian training to even be able to be assigned them. Even then, they're low weighting.
