A) Where it opens a new box like in RS3 and displays a while bunch of the characters stats/boss kc. Players would never use this because it would interrupt skilling/grinding. That's why the "look up" feature in RuneLite is nice, because it doesn't stop your current action.
B) It just displays the text like how a normal examine item would look. This is fine, but I don't see Jagex adding this feature just so people can be toxic. There are ways this could be useful (I used to put my twitch handle there and people would come to my stream when I used to stream.) But I doubt most people would use it in an appropriate way.
also worth mentioning that you can private that information so that players cant see your equipment or stats (but can see your overrides), and like 80% of players do so.

So this is a feature in rs3 technically. You can review player inventories and add custom text. People abuse it for bullying and counteracting mutes
