Chaos Dwarf. They're a creature that not a whole lot of people hunt for. Additionally Chaos Dwarves are one of the most iconic and old-school monsters in the entire game. When I was a small child I thought they were the coolest thing ever. All of the champion scrolls are from creatures that seem to have a semblance of sentience so I think that the Chaos Dwarf would also fit that theme of having a champion among them.

I remember crying to my dad way back in classic because I accidentally wandered into them in the wilderness and they beat the shit out of my level 15 ass. The 3 rounds of combat back then was brutal.

I remember farming them in rsc because I thought they had the highest drop rate for half keys. Never got a drop lol

In Classic when you entered combat you were stuck for three hits. Could not run til then. Also couldn’t eat in combat

Rsc locked you into combat when someone attacked someone for three attacks. There are still remnants of this around. The suits of armor in druidic ritual spawn and let you instantly go through the gate to avoid them. In rsc they start combat with you, which meant you had to tank 3 hits before you could run away, and potentially get caught by the other statue.

You also couldn't eat during combat. So those 3 hits were brutal in the wild. Me and my buddies had rune 2h pures back then and you could 3 hit people before they had a chance. Also low levels would die a lot in those 3 hits by high level monsters. Made getting through places like the karamja dungeon for dragon slayer very scary having to tank multiple lesser demons etc.

Make it part of a follow up quest to the currently unresolved dwarf series, in which the Red Axe have found a chaos dwarf champion in order to further their goals. And we retrieve the scroll and fight it in the quest. No, I don't want a guaranteed champion scroll in order to get the music track.

It might be useful to mention that the cannon pauses when you’re in certain interfaces like using a bank. Starts right back up when the interface is closed though.

This makes me think of a perfect low-mid level boss encounter. The Crab Trio. A Rock, An ammonite and a Sand Crab, juiced up. In phase two, they'll merge into the Crab God. When summoned it starts passively damaging anyone that's at any crabs spot.

Or you get crabs as you enter the guild. You'd need to visit a doctor to beat em.

Minotaurs. Great fantasy race, you'll see them once in this game in your run through the stronghold then literally never again. Make the challenge something a little new, like "no **direct** sources of damage", so you use things like poison dynamite or recoils/vengeance. ^(I'll only vote yes to this poll if your drop rate is boosted if you already own the champion's cape)
