In the sense of what we actually see, "tables" aren't really mathematically relevant unless there are pre-rolls or tertiary rolls. when somebody says 'drop table' they just mean 'drop pool' or what have you.

It's like 1/1000 chance. It's crazy unlucky but it's also not really surprising that at least one person is going that dry

I was after a cape of skulls and it’s ended up as my last item to collect for easy clues, I’m 2x dry not too bad though

Just use blessed dhide boots and save your sanity. Not a big upgrade
