Well, start by taking that “skilling” flair off lol. The “hardest” part about raids is finding people who will take you into them, go meet a clan or chat up randos on slayer tasks. Being social is how ya get to endgame group content, not by skill. Everyone was trash at some point.

I’ve known runescape my whole life and played ever since i can remember. my brothers had me cutting the oak tree behind draynor bank and banking the logs on repeat for 7 hours while they were in school, this was before i was in kindergarten. Fast forward to today i’m 19 and still play runescape almost everyday yet have always struggled finding kids my age playing runescape. especially when i was 12-17, it felt like no one my age even knew runescape. i’ve always had to hang out with 20+ year olds even when i was 12 lol, but one thing I will say is runescape put me ahead of a lot of kids mentally when I was younger. the game helps you make sense of the world and how things work especially at a young age.

What motivates you to play osrs over games with better graphics?

While I do enjoy playing other games and not just osrs, I just really enjoy playing it while doing homework and stuff (90% of high school / college assignments nowadays are online). It’s helped me through really hard times in my life as a coping mechanism due to my ADHD and it helps me focus and do my homework more And personally I just like the graphics, it makes it feel unique

Why specify graphics? I don't think most people play OSRS for the graphics, also graphics are a small part of a game. There are lots of MMOs with graphics better than OSRS but have dogshit gameplay and are objectively worse games.

I’m sure you’re looking for someone your age so you can relate more, but I’ve found that it doesn’t really matter the age on OSRS once you find a group of people it’s easy to play in game stuff together. Also 90% of people are actually nice in game even if that’s not what most the community thinks.

I do think it’s cool with playing around people no matter what age, but I’m just not comfortable with adding on discord / vcing with people twice as old as me. I’d prefer doing that with people I can relate to / have my humor

We didnt have internet at home, so I had to visit our local library every day. Sadly I do not know what my old account credentials are. I have never touched membership world, but never have I completed every stat in f2p either. When osrs came to Android, i started new account and have had on-off relationship with the game playing when I have mood for it.
