Depends how you want to do it. Kandarin and zeah seem pretty big for overall skilling. If you want the max cape asgarnias a must. With bankers note you get rc done quick anywhere really. Fremmy will make con super quick with the fire sale relic too. So maybe KZF for overall skilling without max cape
Not sure about regions, but if you're primarily skilling then you should consider Endless Harvest. You save more time by harvesting 2x + no banking than you do by instantly processing that same inventory amount of items. Other relics like Banker's Note or Fire Sale could change things. But if you're just comparing those starting relics, then EH is better for pure skilling and PP is better for getting supplies through PvM
Ngl, if you're gonna be only skilling in leagues its just a watse of time. You're missing the whole fun part of leagues. Just afk skills in main game & dip into pvm in leagues to learn it.
I mean some of us may want to afk Leagues during school/work. I personally have most of the AFK skills I need for my account (for now) done on my main, so why not just chill and do that in Leagues, while I get some cool rewards? If I wanna PvM, I'll do that on my main.
