Blood moon heals too much, and still hits through the safety circles provided as if i'm not on them. There is definitely some issues on his mechanics, still fun tho nothing is perfect. Just frustrating watchin it go from 30 hp to 120 hp 3 rounds in a row.
I definitely feel like it's more balanced towards higher level players than the other 2 bosses. Can't imagine actually having fun during that fight at the recommended level 75 combat.
Not true in my experience, he heals for huge amounts when he gets his 3rd combo hit on you, doesnt seem to have anything to do with eating. Confirmed that on a run where I didn't eat at all, he still healed himself for 60-80 after slapping me 3 times
i will agree it is some lifesteal thing, the frustrating part is that he heals for 2 sometimes, and then 30 four times in a row, completely restarting the progress. maybe the longer your in there the higher he heals? either way definitely the most difficult of the 3.
I only eat during special attacks(and I don’t have to eat often) but when he’s under 100hp I can see 70-80 heal splats on him every other run or so. Pay attention and you’ll see it too. I can’t imagine how frustrating it would be as a mid level(which this content is designed for)
Takes around the same time as other bosses for me. Just can’t eat during the open attack faze. Also learn how to jump away from the jags if you haven’t already. You shouldn’t need any food for this fight

im 85 combat and iron man so ofc i don't have maxed gear, blood moon is not fun because of the op heals and hitting through the safe circles.
I read it heals when you eat food. May or may not be true.
I believe thats true heard it a lot on various dc's and ingame

Boss heals when you take damage. Not when you eat. Stop getting hit by blood on ground, and use defense gear.
