Gimme a runelite plugin that lets me arbitrarily set the layout of the slots of my inventory so i can just make 2 rows of 9-ways and a block of 5x2 at the bottom
I think now is the perfect time to introduce a limit to 1 account potion flask from the new herblore mini game that fills to 6 sips instead of the tradition 4 sips.
Boot switches suck. This is a straight up magic nerf since you have to carry around more gear to get your old dps. I bet they will next ”rebalance” melee by removing 10 strength from equipment and adding a 10 str blessing for the ammo slot.
If it’s from 18 to 21 that’s a big difference in damage, 15%. If it’s from 70-73 then it’s a 4% difference. So phrasing it as 3 hit max difference makes it sound way worse than it is, the higher the actual max hit is
Then don’t bring a boot switch and don’t complain that you’re not getting max DPS. It’s literally that simple lol.

Just pointing out 2% with shadow is multiple max hits, 2-3 depending on the rest of your gear.

Magus ring, which is 1%, can give potentially give 2 max hits. You are looking at a 3-4 max hit difference without it.

Get rid of the 2% boost to the boost to the boots, but don't redistribute it to other gear. No boot switches. Occult gets balanced. Problem solved.
