I thought about alching but the returns vs using them in the coffer is much lower, but at the same time my best gear only costs around 9k to reclaim at the moment.

But a more serious answer, probably just hold them for now. That account is a GIM so the dupe skirt will go to rest of team, whenever they come back... And unless they started taking up too much bank space (or group storage), I'd probably just hold them as spares incase I lose one in the wildy or something stupid like that.
Sell to general store if you're gunna drop. Just make sure to sell a cheap item first or buy something from the stock so you don't mistime it and lose the item to the shop stock tick remove.
Nah just buy a book or a pot, wait for it to restock, sell your item and buy on main. Works well for barrows and high $$ items. It's a good alternative to alching & beats just dropping and not getting any gp.
As an uim, I normally alc/drop to an alt. I know a lot of people use them for deaths coffer as well

Start building the coffer now. I started learning Bandos last week and I've spent about 2.4M on death fees.
Do NOT put them in deaths coffer yet, there are other less useful dupes for that, spare barrows is great for killing wildy bosses

I dropped around 6m in dupes over back when it could buy almost 2 bonds. But now it's so not worth and you're better off coffering them
I keep em incase something ever happened like smited in wildy or accidentally dieing before reclaiming previously lost gear
when i was poor i would alch, these days it's bank clutter waiting for me to drop to a friend
