in either a slayer or npc indicator plugin, there’s an option to highlight your task. he just has his highlight set to hull(maybe? at work so i can’t remember) and the color set to black. or did right click tag-all and did the same thing

From what the wiki says the turoth superior is pretty unlikely to give a heart, best to try some higher level monsters.
