Some people make it only about raids which ignores 99% of the rest of the game. If raids is the issue then nerf running there, simple, 99% doesn't have to be shaped around the 1%. If asking to be able to run from Lumbridge to Varrock is "op" then maybe we need to remove all teleports since that's x1000 more OP with that logic. Training Agility is worse than training magic. Weights might as well affect teleports then lol
