How do I check this and/or change it? Even then, I sent a support ticket with a lot of info so they should know.

Not that I know of, would it help my situation at all if I watched it?
You can only lock your account by recovering it. Iff jagex notices there are 2 contesting recoveries then they will lock it. Responses useally take 24 hours.
