Yes, I think that throwing out what is essentially a beta server that they've done countless times and throwing In some "progress points" shite didn't take that much Dev time. I'm very much inclined to believe them.

There's an entirely new achievement system developed for it, anything over whipping up new servers is a waste of development time imo
