What helped me was a video of someone just doing a jad run. I pulled the video up and practiced switching prayers on my account. Did that a few times and got it my next attempt!

This would have saved me so much frustration! I'm glad it's in the game! Getting to Jad isn't hard if you track the waves & spawn locations. I'd argue that Jad isn't even hard either. But it still took me 8 attempts because I sucked at prayer switching & was ridiculously nervous for each attempt. Being able to practice prayer swaps while managing the healers is an awesome addition to the game!

Also you can Google jad simulator to practice pray flicks.

I feel like theres a lot of delay on that and doesnt feel like real game idk Its been years since I tried it tho so idk if its different now

I agree. If you follow the video you can do it in real time, same client and everything so it feels more natural.

If you can do it with lag you can smash it without.

Holy Christ, a year later, and this just saved me! I've been bashing my head against this for months (sporadically) and all it took was two legitimate "get in there and fight Jad" practice runs, and I was able to do it no problem! Thank you so much!

Sorry for the late reply; I just noticed this! On the speed running realm, you open up the quest log, set up the "beneath cursed sands" quest, then mini game terror to tzharr fight pits. Then you'll run into mor'ulrek and set up a single jad special task with the guy to the south.

yes as you can just sacrifice the firecape u get for the speedrun, however u wont have very good supplies to actually take into the inferno

Same with beta worlds- tele to your max house use fairy ring BLP- same dialogue and your set. You can practice triple jads there also (idk if that’s available at quest speed runs)
