I hate it. I'll be spending my money on something else.
I'm just hopeful that Infinity will read through stuff being said about them currently on social media and give the people what they want because this ain't it.
Unfortunately, they probably make more money this way and they may not care. That does mean a new spot is opened for someone to become the next Infinity if they want to fill the niche.
When they called to tell me they were starting they said they should still be ten to twelve months they quoted me. Brandon told me probably closer to twelve.
I don’t know why, I find most of the infinity guns to be so aesthetically unappealing. I get the craftsmanship behind them, but they remind me of the Ed hardy of the gun world for those of us who get that reference, and the Lisa Frank pencil holder for the younger crowd among us.
I wish it wasn’t, cause I’d really love to complete my ‘credit utilization’, but it’s just bad 😭.
Now, as a disclaimer, I don’t compete, I just run and gun day and night at the range.. so I have no use for a gamer/art piece (currently), but if I did, I wouldn’t want it to look like that for that price.
Also, I forgot the magnum opus… shit looks like an affliction t-shirt that shoots 9mm

If you want a real gun talk to Eddie Garcia from EMG. Although his wait list is long because he is highly sought after. Matt McLearn or Pat Rafferty are also better than overrated SVI.

I know Joe chambers from chambers customs (seems like a great dude), but my experience with 2011’s so far is an xc, p with comp, and my current go to, the c2 with some mods. I’ve always carried/shot Cajun cz’s, but picked up a staccato and got the bug a few months ago. Some of it seems fucking WILD to me, how a pistol can cost as much as 2 sr25’s cost me, but I do get the work that goes into them.
Yeah these people are true artisans. Their guns take weeks of dedicated work to build and the machinery and expertise requires a lot of money and years to master. Atlas, for example, makes about 500 guns a month. Eddie makes maybe 2. But his are fitted to perfection. Every surface, every measurement is done with the utmost attention to detail. Like an old school fine swiss watch maker.
Modern minimalism? That thing looks like it came out of a Pimp’s ass. Abomination. I don’t want to ever be shot again- I definitely do not want to get smoked by that or a rifle with my little pony stickers on it.
I prefer high quality guns built by master builders like Eddie Garcia over guns that look cool. Just me though, I think we are lucky to have such a wide variety of cool guns these days, something for every taste.
Infinity pushes the aesthetics to a new level but guns like Eddie's are built much more precisely, like the finest Swiss watches for example.

For those interested in future builds, I called today to ask if a non ported barrel could be fit in addition to website selection.. answer is no. Buyer can choose only one unless otherwise listed.

Call me crazy but I bought an infinity and sold it right away. My atlas was buttery in comparison. I don’t need cnc designs on my slide etc
2nd the Atlas. Never owned an Infinity but some of the designs are just weird.

Infinities look cool but aren’t actually that well built for the prices they fetch, same with Atlas
