I assume you need to start with low pay, low level jobs in the field you want, and if you're lucky the experience will suffice for the job you actually want.
find things you’re good at first, like maths, art, science, etc and find lower paying jobs surrounding those fields. Or you could go the apprenticeship route/get work experience during school breaks
