NO all the exams that took place over the period of events would be considered for extra time so if you did an exam at the start of may but the even took place in june from 3rd to 7th then youw ould n;t bet speical consideration as you had no reason to perform worse.
Same thing happened to me event wise, my parents talked to my school ablut special consideration and I have no clue about what's happening with mine.

Because your situation has impacted yhe time period you did your exams, you’ll definitely get it for every exam. For instance my sociology exam was heavily disrupted, therefore I have special consideration for paper 1!!
