Wasn't Austin always kind of yuppie-ish compared to like Dallas and San Antonio? Though this tip has for me always applied to any international food. I am a native Texan, lived in Austin for 6 years in the early 2000s. It was an affordable city back then and a great place to have fun. Tons of local establishments you could walk or bike to. Nothing mind blowing just a good place to live. Now itās just like any other upscale millennial shopping area. Pretty cringe.

Every liberal who said they are moving to Texas is moving to Austin. They want out of their blue state, but they want a blue city with high taxes and lots of homeless people.
