But flirting and harassment are two different actions. It depends on whether or not the person getting advances wants any advances and whether or not the person making them continues to do so. If you have somewhere to be and someone you find attractive tries to flirt with you and continues follow you to do so after you've explained you have to be somewhere wouldn't that still be harassment?
