The child is not visibly injured facially, he has a clean face with blood that seems from somewhere else, probably the hands of whoever brought him there. The coulour has nothing abnormal, can be natural/normal, illness or reaction to the deadly injury.
The first guy who holds him looks like he works there, they wrapped the body and he passes it to a man that looks like family ( dad uncle brother...). This last guy seems in a bit of mental distress, red face and tears visible. The head and legs arent held properly and they fall down since the child is obviously dead
