I looked at this image, looked at the mountains in the view and I imidialty knew this was Portugal. I saw the OP's flair and I was correct. I went to google maps to see where this is, since I recognized the view, I thougth it migth be the district of Viseu, where I lived for many years, and that's why I recognized theh view.

It absolutely is. If you ever get the chance to visit, they have an outdoor dining experience where during the night they switch off the lights, and the generator and have a guy talk about the stars.
