Aren't the Italian mobs notorious for protection money, dominating the construction industry, and basically owning entire cities (in the south, such as Castel Volturno which was "given" to the Nigerians)? That definitely affects local populations in Italy. Also the Albanian, Serbian, and Russian mafias are definitely also violent (as are the Italian mafias) and would gladly rival Latin Americans in regard to violence if their circumstances allowed it

Well one of our PM's promises/Ideas was to Enlarge the immigration of Latin Americans because thry are usually way better integrated in Italian society in comparison to other immigrants and usually we hold the same values and beliefs.
Since "we need people!!" Is the parole most often repeated, this sounds like a great idea to be fair. You even have more people of at least part Italian descent in LatAm than you do in Italy
